HOLIDAY INN HOTEL & SUITES - MONTREAL CENTRE-VILLE OUEST BY IHG, Montreal – Your ideal downtown stay

Being on the 14th floor, my room was both spacious and well organized with a lovely view of the city. The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet, offering a great experience overall. The service was exceptional with staff happy to assist with various needs, although there was a minor oversight with the water bottles. The location was excellent, central between Old Montreal and Mount Royal, surrounded by convenient amenities like restaurants, bars, and Metro stations. The dining experience was good, although it would have been better if breakfast was included in the rates. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, enhancing the overall stay.

The hotel is conveniently located just a minute walk from the metro station, making it easy to access amenities and shopping centers nearby. However, the rooms lacked essential furnishings like wardrobes, and the ongoing construction noise from 7 am onwards disrupted my sleep, with no prior warning provided. The view overlooking the busy street resulted in loud traffic noise at night, although the rate was reasonable.

My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were exactly like the pictures presented, providing an amazing view of the downtown area, although they seemed slightly less impressive in person. The spaciousness and the fantastic view compensated for this. The service was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring Montreal, being conveniently close to the Bell Center and other key attractions. The dining experience offered good quality but limited options. The facilities were satisfactory, enhancing my stay at the hotel.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The rooms were super clean, large, and deliciously cozy, providing an amazing view of the downtown area. The indoor pool was a bonus during the heatwave. The staff were very friendly and the location was perfect for exploring the city, just a short walk to the Bell Center. The dining experience was reasonably priced, but could have had more variety.
